These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through our website for the Powergate 4 and any associated products.

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

 

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, and pricing are accurate.

However, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the Powergate 4 is compatible with their motorcycle before purchase.

If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices shown on the website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via the payment methods available on our website.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

 

4. Shipping & Postage

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services and location.

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost due to incorrect address details supplied at checkout.

5. International Orders

International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges depending on their country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel and return unused items within 14 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original packaging

• The item must not have been installed, activated, or modified

• Proof of purchase must be provided

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

 

7. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the technical nature of tuning products, we cannot accept returns for:

• Installed or used devices

• Products damaged through incorrect installation or misuse

• Special-order or customised items

• Items returned without original packaging

 

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery where possible.

We may request photographs, diagnostic information, or return of the item for inspection before issuing a replacement or refund.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 

9. Installation & Use

The Powergate 4 is intended for off-road, track, race, or authorised use where applicable under local laws and regulations.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is installed correctly and used in accordance with manufacturer guidance.

We accept no liability for:

• Incorrect installation

• Vehicle damage

• Mechanical failure

• Loss of use

• Loss of earnings

• Legal issues arising from road-use regulations in your country

Professional installation is recommended.

 

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless otherwise stated, products are supplied with the manufacturer’s standard warranty only.

Warranty does not cover:

• Misuse

• Improper installation

• Accidental damage

• Unauthorised modifications

• Normal wear and tear

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product.
